Lizzy Bagnall

During her career, Elizabeth has developed and delivered coaching and training assignments for a broad range of businesses in Europe, North America and Asia, including JP Morgan, White & Case, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, Central Bank of Oman, ADIA, Janus Henderson and Wellington Management – working to challenge their thinking, develop their leadership skills and enhance their critical communication. She also works with senior management on business development strategies, fund raising, divestments, investor and client interactions and negotiation skills.

Elizabeth has over 25 years’ experience in business – ranging from retail, through publishing to corporate finance . During her career, she has worked closely with early stage companies to develop their management teams and business strategies to achieve either a VC fund raise or trade sale. She also founded and was CEO of an online Law Reporting company.

A particular area of focus has been Women in Leadership and she has delivered a number of highly regarded speeches and presentations on the subject. Elizabeth has also taught Effective Communication at the London Business School. She is a WABC and Solicitors’ Regulation Authority accredited executive coach.
